Registration for the 2026 Virtual DLF Forum will open on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

Registration includes access to all live virtual sessions, community networking opportunities, and select recorded content following the event.

One complimentary registration code is available per DLF member organization. The code will be emailed to the organization’s primary contact.

Forum Presenter

Available to accepted presenters from DLF member and non-member organizations.

Presenter notifications will be sent by mid-June. Accepted presenters must register or request an extension by Monday, August 31, 2026.

To help reduce barriers for attendees paying entirely out-of-pocket without institutional support, 10 reduced-rate registrations will be available.

Please register at this rate only if you are receiving no organizational or external funding. This option is offered on the honor system.

Registration for all events will close on Thursday, October 1, 2026.

Refunds

Registration Cancellation Policy

Refund requests will be accepted through Thursday, October 1, 2026. Requests submitted after this date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A $15 processing fee applies to all approved refunds.

Submit all cancellation and refund requests in writing to forum@diglib.org.
